Clients may present their concerns regarding safety, patient care and equipment use by written or oral notification to an administrative employee of Freedom Mobility aids. If a client, family member*, care giver* or member of the general public* does not receive a satisfactory response, they may present for arbitration their concerns regarding patient care, safety or equipment use to The Better Business Bureau, 500 W 5th Street, Winston Salem, NC 27101. The public may contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission accredited health care organization by either calling 1 800 994 6610 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
